Our story<\/h2>\n

SRINI builds mission-critical software that quietly powers everyday life. Founded in 2018, we work across public and private sectors \u2014 from finance and e-commerce to logistics and national digital platforms.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve grown from 10<\/strong> people to 85+ by 2026, while maintaining high trust on both sides: employee satisfaction at 4.83 \/ 5 and client satisfaction at 4.78 \/ 5. Our work and culture have been recognised as a Top-5 fastest-growing company (2020) and with Estonia\u2019s Family-Friendly Gold Label (2022).<\/p>\n

Since 2025, our focus has broadened<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
